Job Description
This position involves administrative and operational support for international academic programs and initiatives. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Supporting the administration of international joint doctoral programs, master’s programs, and international bachelor’s programs.
- Assisting with international faculty recruitment processes, including the preparation, organization, and management of English-language documents and correspondence.
- Coordinating communication with applicants and relevant internal departments.
- Contributing to planning and operational tasks related to the development and implementation of international education and research initiatives.

Qualifications
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (JLPT N1 level or equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
