Work content and job description
(1) Teach university-level English classes in a skills-based, coordinated curriculum; About 15 teaching hours per week (9 “koma”).
(2) Plan, develop and manage curricula for English courses and carry out other duties associated with those courses.
(3) Provide one office hour each week.
(4) Engage in other duties such as publicity and open campus.
(5) Attend meetings and FD/SD seminars.
(6) Carry out other educational tasks as required by the program coordinator or the Department of English Communication.
(7) Willingness to work as part of a team, as well as ongoing communication and cooperation with other teachers is essential.

Wages
Annual Salary : 4 million yen ~ 5 million yen
Working hours
Working hours :09:00-18:00
Break time :12:00-13:00
Holidays : Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer/winter breaks, etc. depending on the school calendar.
Overtime and other explanations : Discretionary labor system is applied, and the employee is considered to have worked eight hours a day.

Description
A candidate that fulfills (1) – (3) below:
(1)One of the following:
-Master’s degree in TESOL or related field, or certificate in TESOL/ TESL/ TEFL or similar subject related to English education
-Master’s degree in a subject other than English education but related to English
(2) Teaching experience in Japan preferred
(3) Native or near-native level of English proficiency
(4) Those with an understanding of Christian education
(5) Those who can live in Shibata city or the surrounding area
